Dear colleagues, collaborators, and friends of ELSET,
The Administrative Council happily announced that the biosafety chamber that ELSET bought and donated to Vardakeio and Proio General Hospital of Syros has already been installed and functioned
As the competents has already informed us, the diagnosis of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases within an hour, without the need for the transfer of the patient to Athens for the necessary medical examination.
Also, the new medical equipment will make the mandatory preoperative examination much easier. It means that there will be no more delays (and the negative results they may lead to).
The Administrative Council feels once more the need to thank those who supported ELSET in this initiative.
