Education in practice
Being absolutely convinced that the best education happens in practice, we continue briefing students of Graphic Arts by inviting them to labels companies so they can experience first-hand the method, technology and philosophy behind making a label.
This time, the visit was from the Public Vocational Training Institute of Sindos to Haitoglou SA Graphic Arts at Kalochori, Thessaloniki.
Seventeen young people, accompanied by two teachers, Mr G. Papadopoulos and Mr S. Kyriazakis, got acquainted to the world of labels by having an insider view of labelling and packaging. During the 4 hours of the educational visit, they saw and heard a lot, and also asked many questions that filled gaps in their knowledge.
As the students themselves said, this was the most complete briefing they have ever had.
ELSET will stay on the same course, intending to brief as many students as possible, as comprehensively as possible, about the labelling and packaging sectors.
