With a lot of attention, but also many positive messages, FOODTECH 2021 took place from 12 to 15 November.
As expected, the participations, as well as the traffic, were slightly reduced compared to previous similar exhibitions, but this in no way diminishes the need for the market to return to its normal rhythms. After all, the tendency of exhibitors and visitors to make up for the lost time of the pandemic was evident.
ELSET, as it informed its members, partners and friends, was there. It welcomed slightly more than 300 visitors with the slogan “We are present… to the future”. A qualitative element of these visitors is that while in the previous events most were interested with general views on agricultural and organic products, this time there were many entrepreneurs with specific goals who in many cases had with them the photo of the container or identified it on the sticker bar with containers that was suspended on the "back" of the stand.
As all the previous exhibition, that ELSET participated, the visitors took a bag from recycled paper, in which they could find an informative leaflet for the Association, indicative labels with the logo of ELSET and advertising staff for the companies – members. As always, there were school labels with slogans against child bullying.
As usual, there were no visitors’ registration.
