This year’s SYSKEVASIA 2024 was once again full of interesting and innovative presentations and talks.
People who visited METROPOLITAN exhibition centre heard and saw forward-looking ideas and products.
As always, ELSET was present with its own booth—offered for free by the organisers, for which the Administrative Council thanks them.
The 450+ visitors of our booth learned about our work and took our recycled paper bag that contained our new leaflet with company details of our members, sample labels and advertising leaflets of members who had provided them.
In a special event during the exhibition, another innovation came up: introduction of PackPrint Science, a new body created with the participation of ELSET, HELGRAMED, FESPA and GRAPHMEDLAB. This new body concerns the entire packaging industry and its goals are as follows:
- To create a modern community for the industries of packaging, printing and graphic communication.
- To carry out research and development, as well as educate all people in these and related industries.
- To participate in national and international research projects and development programmes.
- To participate in informational activities and events (conferences, meetings, exhibitions etc.) in order to promote the industries and businesses.
Professions and fields of expertise that can that can be educated and trained with this initiative are up to 370.
