Following rhe informative campaign about the collection and recycling of release paper, ELSET was present at the “1st Plastics Conference” event.
Keeping up with the spirit of the event, which was about the problems, the solutions and the innovations on plastics production, use and recycling, Mr. Angerinos Chatzichrysos, he General Secretary of ELSET, explained to the participants the way that release liner is collected and recycled.
A completely different audience was informed that after more than four years’ efforts by ELSET, the companies which use self-adhesive labels for their products now can collect release liner and send it to factories in abroad, in order to make it able to be used again, contributing in this way to the protection of the environment.
As Mr. Chatzichrysos explained, ELSET is always on the disposal of any company would like to participate in this program.
There were very positive reactions in this and representatives of many companies asked for more information.
