Our company is situated in a 3,000 sq. meter space in Kalohori, Thessaloniki. A purely vertical plant with in-house Flexographic, Digital presses and a pre-press department that enables us to offer hight quality services, from the first contact with the client to after the delivery of the final product.
With the use of ESKO’s Automation Engine workflow server the prepress manager analyzes clients artworks in collaboration with the production manager and propose the best possible, quality driven, cost-eective solution to the client. Moreover, they provide services like working on the existing artwork, or even designing a new label from scratch, with new ideas and proposals in line with the instructions and requirements of the client. Pre-press tasks are currently automated which speeds up the process, but also reduces the error rate and the need for operator intervention.
Having ensured the right pre-press result and combining our expertise with hi-tech equipment, we proceed to the flexographic or digital printing of various types and shapes of labels and other flexible materials. Our HD Flexo ESKO certification, the use of low odor - low migration UV inks in Digital presses and a printing capacity of multiple colors, special varnishes, as well as special inks (spot, metallic, fluo) add competitive value to our end product.
