On Friday, May 19th of 2017, at 17:00, ELSET organizes an event for the sector’s briefing in Salonica.
The first part of the event will be dedicated on current matters, such as FINAT’s activities, ELSET’s targets and the way of their actualization, problems and thoughts about the sector’s future.
The Labelers will have the opportunity to develop their thoughts, to express their concerns and submit their propositions for the best function of ELSET.
In the second part of the event, two speeches will take place, concerning two business (and especially sector) subjects.
The first speech is about innovation in business and generally in entrepreneurship. Dr. Ioannis Mpakouros will be the lecturer.
It is known that the businesses which can’t adjust in the circumstances find it very hard to survive. So, they have not only to keep up with the beat, but also to get over it.
The second speech is about the difficulties and the methods of the business transmission to the new generations.
Most of our sector’s businesses, not only in Greece but also in Europe, are family business. So, they have to find a way to make the succession easier and smoother. Views and needs of the past are facing the challenges of the future and the businesses have to strike a balance between them, in order to guarantee, not only their function, but also their survival, adjusted to the modern requirements. Mrs. Roula Kotoudi, economist, communication and human resources training consultant, will be the lecturer.
